How long are appointments?
You can expect 2 hours of one-on-one time. We ask you arrive on time, not early, for your appointment! This time allows us to finish any appointment we are currently in and prepare for your appointment.
What is the price range of our dresses?
Our dresses range from $1,000 to $5,000.
What sizes are our samples?
Our sample dresses range from sizes 8-26.
Can you schedule an accessory appointment, if you already have your gown!?
Yes! When booking an appointment, choose the option for an abbreviated appointment to find the PERFECT accessories!
What if I don’t have an appointment?
We are open to walk ins – but we highly recommend booking an appointment. This allows us to prepare for your arrival and allow that time to spend one on one with you! Please understand we could be in a previously booked appointment if you do decide to stop by!
Who can I bring to my appointment?
We love having family & friends join you! We ask that you limit your guest party to no more than 5. Although we love children, we politely ask you to leave them at home during this time.
Can I leave with my dress that day?
At Baytowne Bridal, all our dresses are special ordered for each individual bride! Turn around time is anywhere between 15-20 weeks. Please keep that in mind when shopping for your wedding dress. We do have two sample sales each year and those will be appointments where you will be taking your dress home that day!
