1. Before You Arrive: A Friendly Phone Call

Before your appointment, one of our team members will call you. We answer questions, learn about your wedding, and talk through anything you may be nervous about. We gather what we need so that when you arrive, we can start shopping quickly and confidently!

2. Browsing — Together as a Crew

Your whole group gets to be part of the fun.

Your stylist will guide you through gowns based on:

✔ silhouette

✔ fabrics and textures

✔ neckline + sleeves

✔ train length

✔ the details you love — lace, pearls, bows, sparkle, simplicity

You and your guests can help choose favorites, while your stylist pulls options you might not expect but often fall in love with.

3. Drinks, Treats, and Trying On

Now the celebration really begins. While you’re slipping into gowns with your stylist’s help, your guests can relax, sip, and enjoy treats while cheering you on.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

To make your visit smooth and comfortable, bring:
